Duties include but are not limited to to -
Answering and responding to phone calls and dealing with inquiries.
Typing up important documents and files
Proofing confidential files & documents
Exceptional grammatical skill
Monitoring of incoming emails for clients and action of same.
Maintenance of online calendars, diaries and tracking systems
General office duties
Good MS Office Skills Word, Outlook, Excel
Ability to Multi-task & work in a fast pace environment.
Experience in Audio typing desirable but not essential.
