Job description

Our market leading client is looking for a Merchandiser, Sales Administrator to join their team, to service their high profile retail customers.

Your duties will include:

* Liaising with customers
* Liaising with internal departments, particularly to ensure deadlines are met
* Communicating effectively with factories and freight forwarder to ensure all are aware of sailing dates that need to be met
* Order processing
* Raising purchase orders
* Checking goods against customer approved production samples
* Communicating with production/ dispatch to ensure booking are made with customer distribution centres
* Solving any post delivery invoice queries
* Related ad-hoc duties

You will have the below skills/experience:

* Have previous experience within a similar role
* Be highly organised, being able to manage a minimum of 200 orders at any given time, knowing at what stage each is at
* Possess a strong attention to detail
* Be proactive and quick thinking
* Thrive in a busy, pressurised environment
* Be able to manage difficult situations face to face
* Have strong IT skills with proven Excel - at least an intermediate level
* Navision knowledge (desirable, not essential)
