Position: Marketing Assistant/ Administrator
Salary/Rate: �20,000-�21,000
Type: Permanent, full time

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant on behalf of our market leading client based in Waltham Abbey, Essex; this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Marketing team. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Marketing Manager on a wide variety of exciting projects in and around the London area.

Areas of responsibility include:

-Assist with setting up the marketing function for all new projects in readiness for the development launch (brochures and marketing collaterals, sale offices, etc)
-Coordinate sales and marketing materials following the development launch (adverts, emailers, cross channel media campaigns, signage updates, leaflets, events, etc).
-Populating information via the website
-Liaise with internal departments and manage external suppliers in order to deliver projects within the time and budget given.
-Attend Sales and Marketing meeting for live projects.
-Support the finance team
-Manage and maintain development websites.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

-A degree in marketing would be desirable however is not essential
-Strong communicator both internally and externally.
-Good attention to detail
-Able to multi task and have a high level of administrative skills
-Previous Marketing experience would also be advantageous
