Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in Thatcham. Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to be the main point of contact in relation to all manufacturing activities. The role is working full time offering a salary up to £27,000.
Duties and responsibilities include:
� To deliver the production plan daily/weekly/monthly in line with budget and quality measures
� To deliver continuously improving KPI's as defined by the organisation
� To lead the production team in a respectful but driven manner to achieve business goals and objectives.
� To work with peers to improve the overall performance of the business
� Ensure staffing numbers meet the budget, are multi skilled and able to deliver the plan
� Work with the team leaders to deliver the above
� Ensure all materials and equipment are available as and when required
