M&E Quantity Surveyor

Salary is negotiable dependant on experience

Experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications is essential.

Adecco are working in partnership with a market leading Engineering company in South Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor. This company is a well established and respected organisation with prestige clients nationwide. You will be joining them at an exciting time as they are rapidly growing and expanding their already impressive client base.

This role will focus on M&E projects throughout the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key duties/responsibilities include:

·  Ensure all H&S standards are adhered to

·  Identify and value variations and ensure they are agreed

·  Communicate between internal and external stakeholders

·  Management of contract costs reports

·  Accurate forecasting
