Duties Include:

·  Helping customers with luggage/bikes/children getting and off our services

·  Meeting and greeting customers, advising customers of where to stand on platforms

·  Directing customers to facilities in the station.

·  Ensuring luggage is stowed correctly on board the trains

·  Meeting and greeting our trains, advising customers of where to sit on board

·  Directing customers to facilities in the station.

·  Assisting disabled and elderly customers and those with special needs.

·  Directing customers to correct platforms for their connections.

·  Help to organise and assist customers to trains during engineering work.

·  Look after customers if their train is delayed/cancelled.

·  Delivering an exceptional customer experience

·  Giving customers up to date information found through use of technology

·  Look after customers if their train is delayed/cancelled.

·  Travelling on train to other locations on our route if required to support with luggage

·  To project a professional image at all time

Experience Require:

·  Excellent listening skills

·  Great communication skills

·  Confident in problem solving

·  Confident in decision making

·  Resilient

·  Able to work under pressure

Experience in previous customer experience roles would be required.
