Currently Recruiting on behalf of a Fashion Led Company based in Chiswick. The role will provide administration support the Design and Production team. This is a great opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic individual who is looking to learn about the lingerie and nightwear industry and progress within a fast-paced business.

Salary

17,000 GBP per annum to 19,000 GBP per annum depending on experience.

Key responsibilities for this supporting role include

·  Managing the sample calendar for stockists, trade shows and photo shoots

·  Co-ordinating the smooth running of the production schedule including

·  Ensuring production records are kept up to date

·  Liaising with designers and manufacturers throughout the design and production process

·  Attending supplier meetings

·  Responding to journalist requests, monitoring press coverage, liaising with bloggers

·  Support the client at events such as Photoshoots, Consumer and Trade Shows

·  Working with the team to ensure deadlines are met across the business

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

·  Strong administration and organisational skills

·  Good Microsoft office skills, especially in the use of Word and Excel

·  A hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise and use initiative

·  Ability to multi task in our fast-paced environment.

·  Excellent communication skills including a good telephone manner
