Adecco's client based in Rushden are seeking a Junior Data Analyst.

We currently have a permanent full time position providing support for two large clients on a stock management system. An important objective for the team is to analyse the end data to help find ways to reduce the amount of waste in this category throughout the supply chain and in stores.

Key Skills:
*Advanced MS Excel - understanding at least, pivot tables, vlookups and other functions, conditional formatting
*Proficient in writing SQL the system to ensure it is accurate and complete for the end users and for our analysis work. This is a varied and interesting role with opportunity for growth and development.
*Strong analytical mind-set and ability to communicate findings to clients.
*Knowledge of relational database structures.
*A methodical and logical approach.
*High level of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

*Analysis of data generated.
*Supporting clients' helpdesks with store queries about the way the system works and the data on the system.
*Ensuring all data required by stores is correctly on the system. Most data automatically imported into the database, but there is a need to manually generate some data also for some products, promotional lines and store ranges.

An Excel test will be required as part of the hiring process.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30
Salary: £16,000 - £20,000
