A great opportunity to join a successful and growing Kettering based company. They are looking for a Trainee Account Managers to join their existing sales teams.

Starting Salary- Basic - £14,000
Commission - 15% profit
Average progression - Monthly profit
Year 1 average - £3000.00 - Wage - 16-20k
Year 2 average - £6000.00 - Wage - 25-30k
Year 3 average - £10000.00 - Wage - 38-42k
Year 4 average - £13000.00 - Wage - 50k
Year 5 average - £16000.00 Wage - 60k+

Your main duties will include:
* Prospecting for New accounts
* Dealing with accounts with quoting, relationship building, account management
* Full account management and sales training

The successful candidate will:

* Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as independently
* Have strong communication skills - both verbally and written
* Have an excellent attention to detail
* Possess, and be willing to use their initiative
