To assist the IT Departments leads and assistant leads, in all aspects of general administration. Assist in the management of documentation pertaining to the current IT projects, including minute taking, agenda creation and any documentation required for meetings and seminars.
Educated to GCSE or equivalent, knowledge of Administration Processes ideally within a IT department or Function.
Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and minute taking. Able to work to strict deadlines and have a track record of working within a team environment.
