*HNC / NVQ level 4 or equivalent certificate in an ICT related subject or equivalent experience.
*Ability to maintain specific specialised technical knowledge, provide detailed advice regarding their application and execute specialised tasks.
*Proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and domains including active directory.
*Demonstrable knowledge of a range of desktop hardware and software products including MS Office, email clients and web mail.
