Our client a growing and progressive company are looking to employ an internal sales person to join their expanding team.
The position will involve helping with all aspects of order processing within the division. This will encompass customer service, quotation and order entry, system administration and ancillary duties. Technical advice / support after training.
� Answering incoming calls and / or re-directing to appropriate person
� Helping and advising customers with their enquiries including price and availability
� Pro-actively chasing outstanding quotations to win business / receive feedback
� Building and maintaining strong Customer relationships
� Taking and inputting customer orders that come in by phone, fax or email
� Progressing customer orders with suppliers and advising them of delivery times etc.
� Liaising with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure customer service levels are met
� Ensuring Customer CRM is kept updated with any relevant information
� Following administrative and documentation procedures
Ideally with experience in a Sales or Customer Service role background. The role is Monday- Friday 8.00am- 5.00pm with no weekends, is a permanent role and with a salary paying up to £20,000 for the right candidate.
