Job Description:-
· � Receive log and issue Inter company shipping orders.
· Priorities orders to ensure shipment deadlines are met.
· Log picked orders.
· Complete invoice and shipping paperwork and ensure haulier, market and regulatory requirements are met.
· Assist with general activities in Inter Company to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
· Rectify errors, issue credit notes as required and perform stock adjustments.
· Adjust stock onto the system that has been returned from the markets.
· Liaise with hauliers to ensure all of our security requirements are met.
Knowledge
· Demonstrates an understanding of how their role contributes to the success of the business.
· Effectively translates vision into actions.
· Keeps up with new developments in their field.
· Understands roles and responsibilities.

· Good knowledge of logistics and stock control.

· Good knowledge of shipping Processes.
· Deep knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems i.e. Dispatcher and Macpac.
· To process all necessary documentation and complete all systems transactions.
