Installation & Service Coordinator

Adecco Recruitment are working alongside this well respected energy business looking for a coordinator to effectively support a smart meter roll out by managing a workload of tasks relating to domestic and commercial energy customers arising through various aspects of the customer lifecycle, including job bookings, service requests, exceptions and forecasting.

Create and liaise with installation and service requests

Coordinate and Liaise with metering engineers during smart meter job bookings, when required.

* Ensure KPI's are met. * Ensure SLA's are met.

* Complete forecasts relevant to smart metering processes, when required.

* Improve processes, systems and procedures and highlight these to your line manager.
