Overview of requirement:
To assist the with the induction of 200+ inbound abroad students and welcoming them to the University. Duties will include:

·  Greeting and welcoming students to campus

·  Providing them with induction information

·  Tours of campus

Essential

·  Administrative office role experience

·  Customer service skills

·  Ability to manage a number of priorities

Desirable

·  Knowledge of databases, particularly student records databases

·  Works well under pressure

·  Meticulous and accurate with duties that they carry out

·  Experience of using SITS
