Responsible to: Global HR & Recruitment Manager
The role is based in central London but with flexibility to work from home one day per week.
Responsibilities - HR process, policies and procedures
You will support the Global HR Manager in the following:
1. HR processes for all personnel and contractors globally:
* Manage employee offer letters and create, manage and maintain employee contracts
* Undertake required pre-employment checks (including references as above)
* Complete all new starter paperwork and provide all relevant information to Payroll
* Set up overall on-boarding process
