Adecco Stevenage are working with a global organisation who are currently going through a period of transition, and require a HR Project Coordinator to join them on a 8-12 month contract basis. This role will be working out of their lovely offices in stevenage, with ample parking and on site facilities.

HR Project Coordinator

In order to deliver its human capital objectives related to the upcoming spin of the future Specialities company and other HR projects, the company is in need of an experienced HR Project Coordinator for the UK.

The HR Project Coordinator will work with the UK HR representatives to ensure the on time, on quality and on scope delivery of UK related projects that requires a change to the current HR business model. We are looking for a competent coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and programme management tasks to support transformation and design.

Responsibilities:

·  Support the planning and coordination of projects and work stream activity

·  Regularly review and update project plans

·  Schedule and organise meetings/workshops

·  Prepare documents and presentations

·  Maintain and update trackers and databases

·  Manipulate and present data

·  Ensure clear scope and time line of each project across multiple locations and entities

·  Raise Issues, Risks and Action items and work with the team in driving for solutions.

·  Ensure frequency and format of project meetings and reporting mechanism are in place.

·  Pro-actively identify and resolve risk and inte- dependencies between the various locations/entities.

Must have experience in:

·  UK Employment Legislation (TUPE)

·  Previous coordination/projects experience within HR

·  Strong administrative experience

·  Ability to use own initiative

·  Strong stakeholder management

·  High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail

·  Data driven

·  Ability to prioritise and work with discretion

Skills:

Strong communication, project management, interpersonal, influencing and cross-functional teamwork skills, Problem solving, Organisational skills

Qualifications/Pre-requisites:

Experience within HR

Project Management

Ability to travel within UK/Ireland

£35,000 to £40,000 per annum - Temporary Contract for approx. 8-12 months to start ASAP.
