Adecco Aviation are very pleased to be supporting this aviation services provider based at Heathrow Airport who are seeking an HRBP generalist in a new start up situation who has both TUPE and experience of a unionised environment.

You will be responsible for delivering a professional and value-added HR service to the organisation's management and employees which best reflects their business objectives. This will be a challenging, dynamic, independent and evolving position at a particularly exciting times for the business, and the work you do will play a significant role in the success of the business as it evolves.

Main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

·  To be the HR go-to person for the organization providing HR support and managing the full HR life cycle;

·  Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and staff retention;

·  Provide HR advice and guidance related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

·  Managing and resolving employee relations cases such as sickness absence/performance. management/disciplinary and grievance through thorough and objective investigations;

·  Maintaining good working relationships with the unions and its members;

·  Have responsibility for talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding;

·  Monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary;

·  Ensuring all monthly payroll changes are submitted accurately on time, including collating data for payroll, including holidays, sickness and overtime;

·  Identifying training needs for business units and individual coaching needs and coordinating all trainings with local suppliers in conjunction with the Training Manager;

·  Acting on relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner itemising trends and generating it in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence data;

·  Ensuring correct administration and maintaining HR records and file management of all HR documents and preparing monthly reports

Qualified to a minimum of CIPD level 5, you should have at least 5 years solid HR experience, exceptional organisational and communication skills, experience of working with blue collar workers and in developing and supporting line managers through change.

Please note, this position will require working airside (through airport security) from time to time so individuals applying will need to provide a checkable 5-year employment history, undertake a basic disclosure (criminal records check) and airside awareness and general security awareness training.
