HR Business Partner

Scope of the role:

The HR Business Partner is the key contact within the HR team for all managers and is responsible for providing them with considered, expert, risk-assessed yet pragmatic advice and support in all areas of HR in a way that supports continued business growth and development. The role is all about pro-actively assisting our managers to lead their teams to enable them to get the best from their people.

Our aim is to provide the business with the very best possible HR support and leadership. That means having a can-do attitude, excellent knowledge, and most of all, a commitment to delight our customers with a service that is constantly improving.

The HR Business Partner is responsible for;

·  Deploying people solutions and approaches that enable the organisation to perform effectively as it develops. This includes working in partnership, coaching and advising managers to resolve any HR issues quickly and effectively.

·  Helping develop localised KPI's and action plans in areas of talent and employee engagement, including recruitment and retention strategies. Support the production of standard and ad-hoc HR reports on key performance areas.

·  Championing a culture of collaboration and accountability with line managers to ensure service delivery. Developing people solutions to help drive continuous and sustained business performance improvement.

·  Working with the Head of HR for UK&I, actively seeking to continuously improve the development of the UK&I HR toolkit, policies, procedures and systems to provide the best possible support for business requirements.

·  Working with the Group L&D Manager and the Head of HR UK&I to put in place localised L&D initiatives for client-base utilising the global provisions and/or engaging with localised partners for delivery.

·  Actively contributing to the development of HR system platform to drive business success and be responsible for the implementation, systemising process wherever possible.

·  Working with external partners and internal People Team to design and deliver targeted solutions, ensuring all are delivered to agreed service levels.

·  Supporting the business through the delivery of coaching and development feedback to our managers and employees, providing people management training where required as well as running regular briefings and workshops for a range of audiences.

·  Leading and deliver ad-hoc HR projects, delivering on-time, on-budget and to specification.

·  Supporting employee remuneration and benefit implementation, including payroll processes

·  Being a role model of living company values and related behaviours.

·  Continuously seeking opportunities and new ways of working to improve the HR service to our customers and supporting the HR Team to deliver our strategic objectives.

·  Traveling as necessary both within and outside of UK&I to deliver the objectives of the role.
