I am currently recruiting for a specialist Health-care company who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service to all who may use or be touched my their services.

My client is looking for a HR Associate who has experience or a passion for Employee Relations to join their growing HR team.

Your responsibilities will include providing HR advice and support to Care Home teams and also being involved in HR initiatives that will give you the opportunity to grow your skills and experience.

You will have the ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team, have great communication skills at all levels with the ability to liaise with management stakeholders and be passionate about delivering a great experience for all employees.
