HR Assistant

Our thriving client in Reading town centre is recruiting for an HR assistant.

With it's great location, it is easily accessible by public transport and close to many shops and amenities.

This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 6 weeks with potential to be slightly longer for £8.59 per hour.

You will be assisting managers and schools in ensuring that all HR policies are followed - Annual Leave/ Maternity/ Absence Management . You will also be assisting with new starters and setting up contracts.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and be able to gain an overview of processes quickly and have an awareness of issues. HR experience /knowledge of processes is beneficial and strong IT skills are essential.
