My client based in Maidenhead, are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team on a 12 MONTH FTC basis.
Your main duties will involve;
- Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to candidates in a timely manner
- Manage advert preparation and liaise with contacts to place adverts
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and co-ordinate interviews for hiring managers and HR
- Complete new starter administration including offer letters and contracts of employment
- Initiate the new hire check list and process in a timely manner
- Create personal files for all new starters and ensure that all documentation is complete
- Send out probation reminder email to line managers and escalate any issues to Intl HR Advisor
- Enter new starter information on HR System
- Collate all information and data for payroll on a monthly basis
- Monitor terms of employment are being appropriately applied across the AreaDraft team member letters in relation to any salary, bonus or benefit adjustment as requested
- Collate all appraisals and personal development plans and record ratings
- Input all appraisals on the HR electronic filing system and keep accurate record of the process
Training
- Collate training needs and compile training matrix for the Area
- Source and research appropriate training courses for staff in Area Office
- Ensure training events are properly recorded on HR system
- General Administration and Ad-hoc Duties
- Maintain team member and general files and update HR system promptly and accurately
- Arrange for translations of documents from local language to English and vice versa
- Ensure appropriate security for all HR related information
- Assist HR team with ad hoc project and duties as required
- Ensure that organisation charts and staff lists are kept up to date
- Ensure appropriate documentation regarding sickness is received and recorded in a timely manner
- Collate monthly HR returns and input all relevant info onto the HR system
- Run monthly and quarterly reports to analyse absence, training and turnover data
- Liaise with colleagues and line managers and escalate any issues to the International HR Advisor and HR Manager
- Maintain an awareness of HR best practice and assist HR team with ad hoc project and duties as required
