Adecco are currently recruiting for a Fleet Finance Officer to work within a Local Authority based in Hounslow

The Fleet Finance Officer will be required to provide high level fleet and financial services to vehicle fleet management, supporting the Assistant Vehicle Fleet Manager

To lead on the procurement, management and maintenance of the Council's vehicle fleet, additionally part of the Vehicle Fleet Management operation is with external customers.

To assist with the day to day operation of Bridge Road Depot, including Health & Safety, both intruder and fire alarm systems and CCTV and be responsible for the depot budgets.

·  The post holder will be expected to work flexibly as part of the VFM finance team and will be expected to adhere consistently to the Council's Financial processes and procedures in delivering accurate closure of accounts in a timely and consistent manner.

Form robust and effective working relationships with colleagues across the Council and in partner organisations.

To act as an ambassador for the Vehicle Fleet management team promoting a positive image and championing the interests of Vehicle Fleet Management. To support organisational change ensuring the appropriate systems of performance and development, communications, equality measures, monitoring and review measures are in place.

· 
To work effectively as part of the Council's Vehicle Fleet Management team, delivering corporate objectives through the work of the department, making a positive contribution to managing diversity, both as an employer and service provider.

· 
To ensure high levels of performance are achieved at all times within the borough by establishing and fulfilling objectives.
