Adecco Ipswich are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a large independent business who are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Ipswich.
The main focus of this role is to assist in the administration and coordination of the company's fleet of motor vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintains accurate records of vehicles
· Create and Maintain vehicle files
· Process and investigate parking charge notices
· Purchase orders/invoice verification
· Spreadsheet and Log Book data entry
· General Operations administration
To be successful in this role you will need to possess fantastic communication skills with the ability to problem solve quickly. The ideal candidate will come from a fleet administration or automotive background.
