On behalf of my prestigious client based in Crewe I am looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator. Working as part of a small and friendly team you will be responsible for co-ordinating Site Managers and facilities workflow. Duties will include logging and tracking daily jobs, liaising with external contractors to ensure calls are actioned swiftly, maintaining an up to date record of contractor visits, assisting with new offices and projects including relocation of existing offices, planned preventative maintenance, overseeing suppliers including cleaning, copiers and water coolers, ensuring building maintenance tasks are up to date whilst monitoring that all Health & Safety procedures are complied with at all times. The successful applicant will have experience with working in a similar role.
