Adecco Croydonare looking for aFacilities Assistantto join one of their clients based inCroydon. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has had previousfacilitiesorpremisesexperience, preferably within aschool or college.

This role requires anenhanced DBSand an immediate availability, however for the right candidate we may be able to wait a bit longer!

Duties include but are not limited to:

·  To assist in making the property a clean, healthy and safe environment for all.

·  To assist in maintaining and developing of the property premises and grounds.

You will be required undertake adhoc duties as required:

·  Work as a member of the Site Management Team ensuring that the property is open, prepared and staffed for all company activities and agreed lettings.

·  Contribute towards developing the property grounds to enhance facilities and to ensure efficiency in their upkeep.

·  Contribute towards the arrangements for securing the premises and contents are in place.

·  Monitor the work of contractors and report any concerns to the Facilities Manager.

·  Assist in the fulfilment of furniture arrangements and accommodation requests.

The role will be 5 days a week on a 7 day rota, so they will be expected to work weekends.

The shifts will be 13:30pm to 22:00pm when working Monday to Friday and when working weekends, hours may vary. You may also be required to work 15.30pm - 24.00am.
