Job Title: Facilities Assistant

Location: Canterbury

Pay rate: £12.28

Contract: Ongoing temporary position (with the potential to go temp to perm)

Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8am-3:45pm or 9am - 4:45pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to help them through a busy period.

·  Minor maintenance jobs

·  Painting doors

·  Delivering parcels

·  Move furniture

·  Sweeping / blowing leaves

·  Roof checks

·  Unload deliveries

·  Hold keys to open and close doors

·  Event set up

·  Basic IT skills required

·  Assist the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, completion of job sheet allocations.

Experience and skills required for this position:

·  Basic DYI skills required.

·  Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates would be ideal.
