We are recruiting for an Export Sales Coordinator's for our fabulous client which has had periods of significant growth.

Your responsibility:

·  To handle all aspects of quotation and supply to designated customers in a timely manner.

·  To handle invoicing and export documentation.

·  To ensure that all paperwork, both administrative and financial, required for customers and projects, is produced accurately and to time.

·  To liaise with the Company's local representatives to optimise customer service.

·  To liaise with customer on all aspects of the order (handling, timing, packing requirements etc.)

Skills needed:

·  Competence in in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Access and Word.

·  Excellent communication skills, both written (mostly email) and telephone.

·  A high level of organisational and planning capabilities.

·  Knowledge of other export documentation (job training given).

·  Degree educated advantageous.
