Adecco are currently recruiting for a full time driver to join our client based in Northampton. This is a permanent opportunity with fantastic bonus schemes available. Successful candidate will be working within a friendly, upbeat and successful company.

We are looking for a strong character, who can use their own initiative and think on their feet. We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with proven ability to work efficiently and on their own within a fast paced working environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential.

Role :
The role will require you to carry out the driving of a 3.5 tonne transit box van across Northamptonshire, Oxford, Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire to collect and received goods on behalf of the company.

You will be meeting and greeting customers in their working environments to deliver the goods and in time they would like to develop the driving role to a part sales role. This will include the upsell and ordering of further products fro customers and will look to involve a bonus scheme. Once the role adapts you will receive full training.

The ideal candidate:

* Driving experience
* Experience using medium and long wheel based vans
* Must be over the age of 21 due to insurance purposes
* Dedicated and looking to develop within a growing organisation
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Working hours: Monday-Friday (6am - 3pm/7am-4pm)
