Digital Marketing Assistant
Responsible for supporting the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager & working alongside the eCommerce Assistant to drive sales via digital marketing campaigns through email, social media and other channels.
Areas of Responsibility
* Plan and brief a range of creative and responsive digital marketing materials for email, display banner advertising and social media platforms.
* Co-ordinate the implementation of email marketing campaigns directly with the international marketing team to successfully segment and schedule in-line with the marketing plan for the UK, Ireland & Netherlands.
* Track and analyse both the email and social campaign reports determining the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest optimisations.
* Work with the creative teams to create compelling and engaging digital content, including sales page web images and compliant and effective sales copy.
* Manage local social media pages over a range of platforms, including planning, production and scheduling of engaging content.
* Co-ordinate PR marketing materials and product review sample orders and provide a monthly report summary for management team review. Under supervision.
* Uphold the brand guidelines and offer objective and constructive feedback on all design and communication
* Assist in the report production and analysis of web and marketing related reporting. Present this to management team when required.
* Co-ordinate work with other departments and assist with copywriting and image production.
Technical Skills
* Understanding of various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Pinterest)
* Understanding of various email platforms and distribution methods (e.g. Hootsuite)
* Knowledge of Web CMS's & eCommerce Platforms
* Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, others beneficial (or similar applications)
* Understanding of web platforms, technologies and processes
* General marketing savvy
* High level of attention to detail
* Copywriting
* Basic understanding of Google Analytics (intention to develop to high level)
