Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join a well established Energy and Services Company as a Customer Support Agent.
Location: Selkirk
Salary : £8.90 per hour
Duration: temporary - on going
Working shift: 40 hours per week over 7 days between 8:30-5:00
Job description:
This is an exciting opportunity for any confident office working professional looking to expand their skills within a friendly and fast paced environment.
As a Customer Support Agent you will be actively involved in the administration regarding our client's customers. You will be arranging and booking jobs involving appliances, working in a fast paced and busy environment.
· Booking in jobs
· Preparing jobs for evaluation
· Administration
· Using in house systems
· Processing and dealing with financial information for all contracts
· Managing communication between clients, tenants and contract delivery teams
· Manage day to day communications with Managers and other stakeholders
· Relationship building
· Dealing with customers over the telephone
· Co ordination of engineers to customers
It would be great to see candidates with:
· Good attention to detail
· Excellent customer service skills
· Proficient in all Microsoft work platforms, excel, word and PowerPoint
