We are recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for one of our clients, located in Chelmsford.
Working in prestigious offices and for an international organisation, this role requires a motivated and resilient individual who enjoys working as part of a team whilst providing a high level of customer service.
The role will involve:
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Managing enquiries though email
- Processing documentation
- Sending out relevant correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing administration support to the department
- Supporting with service improvements.
This is not a call centre environment and although you will be dealing with inbound calls you will be seeing processes through from start to finish including all administration.
To make the position a success you must be highly motivated, confident working in a commercial environment, have a positive and professional telephone manner and have a high level of written communication skills.
Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
2/3 Saturdays per month (you will receive a day off in the week) 9am-5pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
