Our client is currently recruiting a new team for a small project starting in September.
We are looking for a successful hard working customer service Manager to manage a team of 6.
The Ideal candidate will have previous experience at Management level, you will occasionally need to work from home so need to be confident to keep the team motivated and on line with targets.
Process access requests in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (training provided)
Produce output files either for Franking locally or sending to mailing service
Handling incoming calls, emails and post - responding to queries, raising tickets in CRM (training provided)
Monitoring the volume and quality of work performed by office juniors
Assigning work as required
Monitor attendance of office juniors, manage holiday and vacancy requests
Produce a weekly progress report
Attend management meetings as required - make suggestions and implement process improvements
2+ years of supervisory work
Demonstrable capability to work with minimal supervision
