Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting company based in Hatfield. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their team. The main purpose of the position will be to purchase all the products to meet the requirements of the external demands via the sales team. You will be instrumental in forecast decisions via purchasing meetings and will deal with all administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Place stock orders for spare parts
· Ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner, are shipped correctly and delivered to the customer within an appropriate time frame Manage spare parts stock
· Liaise with internal customers to communicate any updates regarding orders, deliveries and delays
· Approve and sign purchase orders in accordance with compliance approval limits. General house-keeping, filing etc.
· Ensure all internal and external emails are responded to in a timely yet efficient
· timescale.
· All telephone calls answered efficiently and tasks dealt with appropriately.
· Attend all relevant inter-departmental meetings (logistics/ sales/ operations) to ensure relationships are upheld and any queries resolved.
· Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
Previous Experience:
· Customer service experience is essential
· SAP Experience preferable
· IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
· Personal attributes: self-motivated, organised, driven, methodical, personable, optimistic and resourceful.
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
· Ability to use own initiative.
· Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
