Are you passionate about customer service?

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a leading global technology brand within their High Wycombe office.

You'll play a key role within Customer Services, co-ordinating customer issues and requests across departments, to ensure the company meets its customer satisfaction goals.

You'll be the voice of Customer Services, being the primary contact for customers, progressing cases and escalation of issues/requests and developing the relationship to become a trusted advisor for the customer. This will also involve collaboration with internal teams to track and provide customer feedback, influencing issue priorities and taking responsibility for successful resolution.

With excellent communication skills, you'll be articulate and persuasive with Customers and colleagues alike, as well as confident developing and maintaining relationships.

You'll also possess strong organising and planning skills to ensure you meet deadlines and have an enthusiastic and energetic outlook.
