Customer Service and Multi-skilled Tradesman
Location: Waltham Abbey - Field based role, travel required to various sites
Salary/Rate: £32,000 + Company Benefits
Type: Permanent (Monday- Friday, 09:00pm -17:30pm)

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Multi Skilled Tradesman for our prestigious client based in Waltham Abbey. This is a permanent position with a successful business that can offer various training schemes and career development. This opportunity if paying a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum and includes other rewarding company benefits such as 26 days holiday (not including bank holidays) and a company van.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the completion of repairs issued by the customer service department. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the processes and procedures are followed, keeping the customer service team informed of progress and any issues that may arise.

Key Accountabilities:

*Attend, complete and report on any works deemed fixable within given geographical area.

*Liaise with coordination team to update then on the status of defects at the earliest opportunity. Also to notify the customer care team of anticipated delivery failures as soon as possible.

*Ensure RAM's are used for all activities and are undertaken safely and according to the clients policy and procedures.

*Ensure all plant and equipment is properly maintained, fit for purpose and tested where appropriate.

*Maintaining professional and corporate image at all times, including wearing of company clothing and uniform.

*Ensure that you are consciously minimise material wastage and visits to wholesalers, re-using tools and products where appropriate.

The successful candidate:

*Proven experience of carrying out the same role for a residential developer or estate agency.

*Multi skill ability is essential, ideally with kitchen fitting experience.

*Strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.

*Knowledge of health and safety compliance within the work place.

*Full, clean UK driving license is essential.
