We are currently recruiting for a customer service aftercare advisor for our growing client based in Birmingham. Our client is a growing IT security specialist that focuses on sales to the public and private sector.
Role purpose
To engage with our customers by responding and resolving queries, driving first contact resolution whilst achieving high levels of customer satisfaction across a range of contact channels. Including the management of the Amazon and Ebay inboxes.
Duties:
· Handle all online and telephone enquires
· Take care of the Amazon and Ebay inboxes
· Raise disputes with Amazon for inaccurate refunds
· Manage the general inbox with customer enquires
· Confirm and manage all delivery data in-case of a dispute
· To provide consistent customer service standards across all channels
· To offer advice and information on related issues
· To aim for a first contact resolution
· To maintain a good knowledge of products and processes
The person
Essential:
· Excellent communication skills, written and oral
· Good understanding of computer software and office packages
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to work effectively independently
· Self-motivated
Desirable:
· Experience of the IT sector
· Experience working within a sales company
· Experience of owning or managing an Amazon or Ebay shop
· Direct contact and resolution of Amazon disputes
