Handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats, promptly and professionally

Providing accurate information, advice, and support to customers ✅

Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive resolution ✨

Updating customer records accurately and efficiently

Collaborating with colleagues to problem solve and deliver excellent service as part of a supportive team

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Previous experience in a customer service role would be advantageous but not essential - we value personality and a can-do attitude!
