Our client is looking to recruit an our going customer service advisor to join their growing team.

If you have a customer service background then our client is keen to meet you

This role is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday office hours

** Please note due to the location of the client own transport is essential**

Job Description.

*To process customers order via the telephone and email for health care products.

* Working toward KPI's and deadlines.

* Contacting clinical advisers, nurses and technicians to arrange delivery.

* Contacting patients, carers, and families to arrange delivery.

* Answering calls effectively

Due to the nature of the industry great communication skills and an empathetic approach is required.
