Customer Service Advisor
£16,000 - £17,000 + Bonus

Are you an organised Customer Service Advisor that enjoys working in a pressurised environment? We have an exciting opportunity within a large, reputable company within the Smethwick area that is looking for you!
Duties Include but are not limited to:
· Processing all orders in a timely manner with accuracy and efficiency
· To follow up and coordinate all orders to ensure they are on schedule and deal with any issues in a timely fashion.
· To deal with Customer queries/issues and sort any problems that may arise
· Overseeing the Account Managers role in their absence
· Work as part of a busy team
· Be willing to 'muck in' when work is busy
· Must be able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
Skills/Experience Required:
· Experienced order processor
· Attention to detail
· Excellent telephone manner
· Can liaise on all levels and chase up queries as and when required
· Excellent IT skills
· Used to working in a pressurised working environment
