We are working with a well-established company to recruit representatives to join their dynamic Customer Services team!

The role is based in an open plan office environment with a fun-loving atmosphere in the Medway area with free parking on site.

The hours are 37 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday. You will be working 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am - 1:00pm. So, this is a great opportunity for someone in retail to get a better work - life balance!

This is a varied and interesting role that will include you responding to customers via telephone and email. Ensuring Customer queries are resolved first time and dealt with by providing excellent customer service. They will offer full training to new starters and can offer long-term development and career opportunities for the right candidate.
