Adecco Birmingham is urgently recruiting for a number of inbound call centre operatives to undertake a 12 week contract at a large client in Oldbury. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be responsible for actioning inbound calls made to the call centre.
This role is expected to go permanent after 12 weeks.
In order to be successful for this role you will have an excellent telephone manner and recent experience working within customer service and/or call cenrtres.
This is a temporary role which will initially be for 12 weeks and you will be required to begin immediately at the site in Oldbury.
Depending on the area in which you are successful you will be required to work within one of the following areas:
· Handling emergency calls and providing a service to individuals needing breakdown cover
· Organising drivers locations, suppliers etc
· Handling calls from existing customer and take responsibility for cross selling/up-selling
You will be required to work 7.25 hours per day between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm. Please note these hours will be on a rotating system and are not negotiable for this role.
