Customer Service Advisors Full and Part time positions based in Worcester.

Start date August 6th.

Temporary to Permanent Opportunites.

Salary £16,236 with Excellent Uncapped Bonus.

Full Training is provided.

Customer Service Advisors are required to liase with Automotive Manufacturers and Dealerships.

Duties include contacting customers reaging MOT's, Service Appointments, Warranties.

Calls are both inbound and Outbound and include marketing to customers. On-line chat with Customers is a part of the role. Switchboard calls also in a call centre environment.

Contact experience is not essential, Customer Service and Sales experience is ideal. We are looking to recruit excellent team players with the flexibilty to work between 8am and 8pm,

Monday -Thursday with early finish Fridays
