CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS REQUIRED TO WORK WITHIN OUR CLIENTS CONTACT CENTRE. THE ROLES ARE LONG TERM TEMPORARY POSITIONS FOR APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS AND ARE PAYING £8.00 PER HOUR AND ARE BASED IN BRISTOL, BS99 6ZZ.

The role is based within a large company who provide a free bus service from Bristol city centre, an on-site Starbucks Coffee Shop, on-site shops that have a small stall for fresh fruit, make-up, perfumes and they also offer eye brow threading.

The successful candidates will be joining a professional and friendly team who take high call volumes from tenants, agents and landlords and help them with technical queries and deal with their complaints.

You must have excellent customer services skills and be happy to be on the phones assisting customers . You will need to be driven, enthusiastic, friendly and be able to commit on a long term basis. You will ideally have a call centre background and experience in dealing with more challenging customers. A week of training will be provided before you go live on the phones which will be working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Thereafter you will be included in the shift rota.
