Customer Service Administrator

Mon - Fri 9am-5pm
Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting marketing and branding company based in Hatfield.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be part of a team focused on the customers
· Ensure you achieve best value for money on all packaging products through cross costing and effective sourcing strategies.
· Develop product expertise in your area, monitor and achieving your objectives
· Collaborate with buying, technical and brands teams on new and innovative packaging solutions
· Monitor store feedback and assist in implementing new ideas when appropriate
· Administration duties
· Data Entry
· Answering inbound calls
· Engage with finance and teams regarding Invoicing and Purchase Orders
· Conduct other duties as required to support the performance of the Packaging team.
Skills & Experience:
· Strong organisational skills along with ability to multi task.
· Strong Customer Service/ Admin skills
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Excel/spreadsheet skills
· Flexible and hardworking.
· A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
