Customer Service Administrator
Welwyn Garden City


Maternity cover (up to April 2019)
£16-19k per annum
Shifts Spread across - 07:30am- 4pm, 8am - 5pm and 8:30am - 5:30pm

ASAP start/short notice period ideally.

Job Spec:

·  Maintain Client relationships

·  Answering inbound calls

·  Provide immediate telephone resolutions for customers

·  Allocating roles to clients and providing order numbers

·  Obtaining quotes

·  Regularly liaising with clients to ensure they're happy with the service

·  Updating/maintaining data bases

·  Update the internal systems regarding order numbers

·  Monitor and update worker's diaries at regular intervals throughout the day

·  Provide out of hours' telephone assistance as part of the on-call Rota

·  Attend site visits for training purposes

·  Any other duties as directed by a member of the management team

Person spec:

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Customer service / Administration experience

·  Methodical / logical approach

·  Excellent timekeeping and organisation

·  Able to keep calm under pressure
