ob Title: Customer Service Administrator

Salary: €28,000 - €30,000

Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to work on behalf of our client based in Dublin 24. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous customer support administration with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

Database management
Setting up and dealing with existing and new customer accounts.
Dealing with telephone enquiries.
Processing paperwork, updating and inputting changes to customer accounts.
Liaise with alarm engineers and emergency services.
Generate weekly, monthly reports.
Scanning and archiving documentation.

Experience Required

Previous experience in a customer services environment with emphasis on dealing with customer queries and resolution of any issues that may arise
Good interpersonal and communication skills with good phone manner.
Sound administration skills.
The ability to deal with difficult and demanding customers.
Must be PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Be able to work in a team environment.
Have good attention to detail and work to deadlines.
