Rate of pay : £8.75ph

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, No weekends

Contract: TEMP

Location: Portman House, Bournemouth

Overview of the role:

You will be responsible for processing mortgage applications on a data base. Your role will include outbound calls to the customer to confirm any outstanding details. You will be able to assess the documents provided and proactively gathering information from applicants as well as contacting mortgage brokers and 3rd parties if need be.

Basic Microsoft applications such as: Word, Excel & Outlook. Confident, flexible and able to work to targets. Confident telephone manner, able to learn new processes quickly and accurately.

Experience: Previous administration or customer service experience in office environment is desirable, Basic Microsoft knowledge.

Additional information:

The Mortgage Works are the specialist lending arm of Nationwide, and to ensure a positive broker experience the Intermediary Liaison Team are responsible for preparing mortgage applications for underwrite. This may involve chasing brokers for outstanding information to ensure the applications basic requirements are sufficiently met for an underwriter to make an informed lending decision. Working in a team of 15-20 employees.
