We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional for a client in the Cardiff area.

This role will include the following:

- Dealing with incoming customer queries

- Problem solving

- Managing follow up calls

- Completing administrative tasks where required

We are interested to hear from individuals with contact centre experience or a strong customer service background.
