Adecco Cramlington are proudly representing their client in their search for a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join their rapidle growing and succesful business. Supporting the Customer Service Manager, sitting within the Customer Engagement team.

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist include, but are not limited to:

·  Assisting a continuous improvement programme to remove customer friction, by aligning global strategy and delivering consistent customer experiences

·  Ensuring to meet customers needs and expectations by delivering a 1st class Customer experience.

·  Treating each customer as an individual - going above and beyond to help.

·  Processing orders and ensuring deliveries are arranged on time - if any issues occure, having the confidence to approach this in a professional manner and find a positive resolution.

·  Supporting the Customer Service Manager in maintaining strategy to ensure customer service SLAs are delivered successfully.

·  Understanding that there may be times when you will have to deal with difficult situations, but being confident that you can resolve these or be able to point the customer in the direction of someone that can.

·  Building relationships with your customers.

This position is NOT based in a call centre environment and is a great opportunity to develop a career within customer care.
